This is my signature operational stress test. It's designed as the entry point for serious transformation because a one-hour fix rarely addresses the root cause. This deep-dive assessment & follow-up works well for conducting a broad analysis of the business model, identifying pain points, and offering immediate, actionable solutions. This option often feels just right and may well be all you need.

I partner with you and your team to design custom systems, integrate software, and provide the training necessary to move from fragmented processes to a cohesive system. We don't just plan the changes; we implement the components.
